(4) According to the different types of rubber, the rubber coated by the roller is coated with different hardness, and the grooves on the surface of the roller are of different shapes and sizes. (5) In order to adapt to the veneer of different thickness, the spacing of the upper and lower cots should be adjustable, and the thickness of the rubber layer should be easy to control and adjust. The thickness of the rubber layer is mainly determined by the gap between the extrusion roller and the rubber roller. The adjustment accuracy of the gap should be controlled at about 0.01mm, and the amount of glue is usually controlled within the range of 105-430g /m.
